This website describes andstrada, a booking system for clinics, studios and spas. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is not a purchase and not a commitment, either way. It does not guarantee a launch date or a place.
By joining, you agree that we may email you about the launch. Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also write to us at the address below to stop at any time.

Acceptable use
Please do not misuse the site, probe it for weaknesses, interfere with how it runs, or copy its content with automated tools.

Our content
The andstrada name, design and text belong to us. You are welcome to read the site and share links to it. Please do not reproduce it for commercial purposes without our permission.

No warranty and limits of liability
The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using it.
Nothing in these terms takes away rights that consumer protection or other laws give you and that cannot be waived by agreement.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute about them will be heard by the courts of British Columbia, unless the law gives you the right to go to court where you live.
If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
